My terrible online shopping experience here has been a complete nightmare, and I'm sharing it as a cautionary tale for anyone considering this company. I am absolutely furious because after spending $372 on scratched glasses, I tried for two days just to talk to a human to initiate a return or exchange. It felt impossible; I never received the return label, and their “bot” just kept sending it to an email I never received! Even after finally speaking to someone, they sent the wrong information for the return. The ineptitude is astounding. This whole ordeal has been so frustrating, and I felt compelled to leave a review and keep trying to engage with their customer service to fix this mess.
