I'm writing this to warn everyone about my terrible online shopping experience with this company. It felt utterly dishonest, as they didn't honor the promos, and their site was full of glitches, making it impossible to collect the offer. To make matters worse, there was no customer service available 24 hours, no live agent to help, which felt incredibly unprofessional. I really regret this purchase and will NOT return, nor do I recommend them. I felt compelled to reach out to customer service to resolve the issue with my missed BOGO offer and try to get the promotional price I was promised, hoping for a simple solution.
Customer: I'm calling because I tried to use your BOGO promotion, but your website glitched during checkout and it didn't apply. Now I've been charged full price for both pairs. CS Rep: I apologize for the difficulty you experienced with our website and the promotional offer. I understand this is frustrating. Customer: It absolutely is. I have the correct style and prescription, I just need the BOGO applied. Why can't you just credit the difference back to my card?
